Italy. Transformed during the first World War from a palace
to a lovely and inviting hotel the Pensione Seguso
quickly attracted guests from all over the world - and which
carries on to this day. The Pension has the surname of the
family that continues to maintain its traditional and utterly
charming character - you can be sure of a warm and friendly
welcome whenever you stay. The Pensione's central location is on
the Fondamenta delle Zattere and is just steps away from
Gallerie dell Accademia. This strategic position makes it easily
accessible to all of Venice, either by public transportation or
by private taxi, from Marco Polo Airport, Santa Lucia Train
Station and Tronchetto or the Piazzale Roma Car Garages. A
private dock allows the motorboats and gondolas to come up to
the entrance of the Pensione. Most of the rooms greet guests
with an awesome sight of the Canale di S.Vio and of Canale della
Giudecca. All rooms are furnished with fine antiquarian pieces.
The Seguso offer rooms with half-board or full-board
(lunch and/or dinner daily). In certain periods of the year it
is possible to have bed and breakfast only.
